Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts is thrilled to share that Hingham Girl Scout Leah B. sold 3,005 packages of Girl Scout Cookies during the program that ran from early December to early March.
The Girl Scout Cookie Program teaches Girl Scouts about entrepreneurship as they have fun learning essential skills like money management, public speaking, and decision-making, which set them up for a lifetime of success. As the largest entrepreneurship program for girls in the world, every cookie purchase is an investment in the world-changing business leaders of tomorrow.
This year, 14,586 Girl Scouts in eastern Massachusetts participated in the iconic Girl Scout Cookie program selling over 2.2 million packages of Girl Scout Cookies. Over 700 Girl Scouts sold over 500 packages or more of Girl Scout Cookies.
