WELCOME
The Marshfield Council on Aging Boosters Inc. is a private, independent membership organization governed by Bylaws as voted by the membership at an annual meeting and qualifies as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code with a mission to support the Marshfield COA Senior Center. The Boosters assist the Marshfield COA in their efforts to provide enriching programs and activities along with necessary resources for the senior population of the Town of Marshfield and surrounding areas. The Boosters help provide assistance for things not covered by the annual Town of Marshfield budget.

To carry on such other related charitable educational or scientific activities as may be necessary or appropriate, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of the 1954 (or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law
