South Shore Health Foundation is excited to announce its inaugural Lace Up for Cancer walk on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Weymouth High School to benefit cancer programs at the Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center in clinical affiliation with South Shore Health! Many will walk in memory or in honor of those around them undergoing care and treatment for this terrible disease. Receiving a cancer diagnosis is a life-changing event. The Cancer Center is here for our communities every step of the way. More than 500 patients per day receive multidisciplinary, specialized care, ranging from screenings to diagnostic imaging to groundbreaking clinical trials and access to integrative and supportive therapies. Join us for this family-friendly walkathon to raise awareness and funds for this extraordinary local asset of cancer care services!
