Our next CrossFit Kids session is approaching and we’re happy to announce it’s also coming to Norwell! 👏🏼

Norwell: ❗️Ages 8-12 Tuesday’s 4:15-5PM

❕Ages 3-7 (3&4 with caretaker present) Thursday’s 4:15-5PM

Duxbury: ❗️Ages 8-12 Monday’s 4:15-5PM

❕Ages 3-7 (3&4 with caretaker present) Tuesday’s 4:15-5PM

Our 6-week session kicks off March 4th and will run until April 11th! Kids will warm up, workout, play games, and go through obstacle courses! A great after school activity to make functional fitness FUN! 🤩 💲119 for the session/ $20 drop in fee
